What are your office hours?
Our regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in Canton, Monday through Thursday, with an hour break for lunch. Our satellite office in Ogdensburg is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

I called/stopped by during office hours and you weren't there. What gives?
The office may be closed during regular hours for a variety of reasons - time off, court appearances, closings, remote work, etc. If the office is going to be closed for the entire day, our hours will be updated on Google. Unanticipated closings will be posted on Facebook.

Do you take walk-ins?
NO. If you wish to meet with an attorney or speak to anyone in the office, please call and schedule an appointment. We have a lot of work to do and it is important that our time is scheduled appropriately so that all of our files get the attention they deserve.

Why isn't my stuff done?
We have a very busy practice and work on hundreds of files per year. We now have three attorneys, so our caseload continues to grow. Most of our files include ongoing work, court appearances, and other elements that take up time. Sometimes your work isn't done yet because something else took priority, other times it may due to external circumstances, and on occasion it may even be due to a file being misplaced. That said, we will always do our very best to update you when we have updates available on your matter. If you haven't heard from us in a long time, please reach out with any questions or concerns. We often appreciate a reminder!

Are you taking new clients?
We remain open to new clients in a number of areas. If you are interested in finding out if we can help with your case, please call the office and schedule an appointment!

What is your consultation fee?
Our consultation fee is $100, and it is credited to your bill if you retain our office.
